Patient moderator interaction in online health communities.

摘要: An increasing number of people visit online health communities to share experiences and seek information. Although studies have enumerated reasons for patients' visits information from peers, we know little about how patients gain the moderators in these communities. We qualitatively analyze 480 patient moderator posts six understand fulfill needs. Our findings show that use community as an integral part their management practices. Based on our results, suggest enhancements moderated unique role support care.
