摘要: In this paper, we will emphasize the significance of Chinese information retrieval in age Internet, and raise several important research issues which are fundamental require further investigation. At same time, point out some problems requirements have often been neglected designing general IR systems. Furthermore, experiences obtained from design Csmart system be described also.
