A variety liver disease such hepatitis, jaundice, cirrhosis, cancer etc caused by many chemicals, foods, drugs infections parasitic, bacterial, fungal viral because variations dysfunction difficulties encountered reaching to a proper diagnosis , unfortunately physician unable provide treatment. Major functions include carbohydrate, protein, fat metabolism, detoxification, secretion bile, storage well detoxification several xenobiotics occur itself. The hepatic reticuloendothelial system clears activated clotting factors, proteolytic enzyme/inhibitor complexes, fibrin fibrinogen degradation products. Among all disorders diseases are serious. These can be classified acute or chronic hepatitis (inflammatory diseases), hepatosis (non-inflammatory diseases) cirrhosis (degenerative disorder) cause fibrosis Toxic chemicals certain antibiotics, chemotherapeutics, peroxidised oil, aflatoxin, carbon tetrachloride, acetaminophen, chlorinated hydrocarbons, responsible for diseases. Others excess consumption alcohol auto-immune disorders.[1-4] microsomal metabolism ethanol may result due enhanced lipid peroxidation. has been found that viruses 90% hepatitis.[3] Conventional medicines now pursuing use natural products herbs support needs on daily basis.[5]
