摘要: The pharmacokinetics, excretion, and tissue distribution of [14C]-labeled polyethylene glycol–alanine (PEG–Ala) were determined after slow bolus administration into the femoral vein male CD-1 mice. pharmacokinetics PEG–Ala in blood plasma revealed a biphasic elimination with terminal half-life 20 h. Eighty-five percent excreted material was voided urine remaining amount detected feces. PEG–Ala-derived radioactivity widely distributed detectable levels observed all tissues examined. highest concentration kidneys followed by lungs, heart, liver. Six hours administration, significantly reduced tissues. Despite prolonged decrease, still 28 days. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. American Pharmacists Association J Pharm Sci 102:2362–2370,
