The then grow and develop, driven initially by endothelial cell migration, organise themselves into branched, connected network. Subsequent proliferation near sprout-tips permits further extension capillaries ultimately completes process. Angiogenesis occurs during embryogenesis, wound healing, arthritis growth solid tumours.
