摘要: In cases of superficial malignancies such as melanoma or breast cancer, intraoperative lymph node mapping with a sentinel (SLN) biopsy is an effective and minimally invasive alternative to inguinal axillary dissection for early-stage tumors. For primary lung although much effort has been made investigate variety tracers, dyes, radioisotopes, magnetite, iopamidol, discerning SLNs, appropriate agent that produces high identification accuracy rates yet be developed. Further studies are needed find ideal tracer practical use in patients non-small cell cancer.
