摘要: In the past 25 years, 1,654 patients with non-small cell cancer underwent resection at National Cancer Center Hospital, Tokyo. A comparative study has been made of 5-year survival who had pulmonary and without mediastinal lymph node dissection. There were 426 (25.8% total) N2 M0 disease. Of these, 345 The in this group was 15.9% (T1 M0, 30.0%; T2 14.5%; T3 12.9%). remaining 81 patients, did not have dissection, 6.7%. disease, 242 select a curative operation an overall 19.2%. Sixty-six them squamous carcinoma 30.8%; 153 adenocarcinoma 16.0%; 14 large 12.8%; 9 adenosquamous carcinoma, none survived 5 years. To improve end results, it is important to perform as many operations dissection possible. Histological type tumor status must be taken into consideration.
