摘要: Abstract Marine brown macroalgae contain several bioactive compounds with potent anti-inflammatory properties but undescribed pharmacological properties. This study provided the first description of biochemical mechanism anti-inflammation from two (fucoxanthin and sargachromenol) found in (Sargassum spp.) based on a functional module-based analysis protein-protein interaction (PPI) network. The constructed PPI network fucoxanthin sargachromenol 18 5 inflammatory proteins, respectively, have scale-free, small world modular There were 6 1 modules associated actions sargachromenol, respectively. Of particular interest was that effect may be partly attributable to regulation I-kappa B kinase/NF-kappa cascade gene expression, These can used search for potential targets treat inflammation. Therefore, an initial method elucidating active finding their validate wet laboratory clinical application further drug development.
