摘要: Tanshinone IIA (Tan IIA) is one of the major fat-soluble ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza which has been widely used for various inflammatory conditions associated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders. However, underlying anti-inflammatory mechanisms Tan are incompletely understood. The purpose this study was to illuminate mechanism based on protein interaction network (PIN) analysis. A PIN constructed 281 nodes 814 interactions analyzed by gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis Markov Cluster algorithm (MCL). Three modules were actions. most interesting finding that effect may be partly attributable mediate activation TRAF2, TRAF3 TRAF6, inhibit toll-like receptor signaling pathway combine AGER. Therefore, module-based approach will a new method better understanding IIA.
