摘要: Tanshinone IIA is one of the most abundant constituents root Salvia miltiorrhiza BUNGE which exerts antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions in many experimental disease models. In present study, we demonstrated that standardized fraction S. (Sm-SF) was able to protect RAW 264.7 cells from ethanol-and lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced production superoxide radical, activation NADPH oxidase subsequently death cells. Among four main components Sm-SF, tanshinone potent protecting LPS-and ethanol-induced cytotoxicity. LPS or ethanol induced expression CD14, iNOS, SCD1 decreased RXR-α, completely reversed by IIA. H4IIEC3 cells, 10 μM effectively blocked fat accumulation as evidenced Nile Red binding assay. These results indicate may have potential inhibit alcoholic liver reducing Kupffer cell sensitization, inhibiting synthesis reactive oxygen/nitrogen species, fatty acid stimulating oxidation.
