摘要: Effects of two kinds sea anemone toxin (Parasicyonis actinostoloides andAnemonia sulcata) and scorpion venom (Leiurus quinquestriatus) on crayfish giant axons were examined electrophysiologically. All toxins acted the axon in a similar manner to prolong falling phase action potential. In all cases development toxicity was reduced when nerve membrane depolarized by current injection. However, ranges potential where significant reduction took place different for each toxin. The Parasicyonis also suppressed depolarization resulting from treatment with neurotoxic alkaloid, veratridine. mechanism potential-dependent is discussed reference present data relevant works other investigators.
