摘要: Capillary elctrophoresis is a modern separation technique, especially the extremely high efficiencies and minimal requirements with regard to buffers, samples solvents lead dramatic increase of applications in last few years.This paper offers an introduction technique micellar elektrokinetic chromatography as special kind capillary electrophoresis. Caffeine other purine compounds have been determined foodstuff (tea, coffee, cocoa) well pharmaceutical formulations. Different sample preparation procedures which developed properties matrices are discussed paper.This facilitates many cases. So students solve relatively simple problem by variation buffer pH, components parameters. By doing calibration for analyzed they will learn about reproducibility
