Predictive method of characterizing the radiosensitivity and tissular reaction of a patient to therapeutic ionizing radiation

摘要: The invention relates to a method of characterizing the cellular reaction cell sample ionizing radiation, having been obtained from cells taken non-irradiated or slightly irradiated region patient, and involving following steps: (i) amplifying sampled cells, amplified constituting "the sample"; (ii) determining on mean number nuclear foci with at least two markers pH2AX, pATM MRE11 observation times t (these numbers being designated N pH2Ax (t), Ν pΑΤΜ respectively), time t=0 min (designated t0, state) one selected = t1, t2, t3 t4 irradiation an absorbed dose D; (iii) parameter group consisting of: degree severity post-radiotherapy tissular according CTCAE classification, by using (t) (tx), where tx is either (preferable) t3; radiosensitivity sample, MRE 11(t); and, in which method: fixed value representing for DNA breakage rate reach its residual value; t2 are values end approximately 25 % 50 %, respectively, double-strand breakages have repaired control radioresistant patients; t1 recognized has reached maximum patients.
