摘要: This invention is a model that simulates the complexity of biological signaling in cell response to radiation therapy. Using gene expression profiles and survival assays an algorithm, systems was generated radiosensitivity network. The network consists ten highly interconnected genetic hubs with significant signal redundancy. validated vitro tests perturbing components, correctly predicting sensitivity ⅔ times. model's clinical relevance shown by linking targets Clinical applications were confirmed testing predictions against preoperative radiochemotherapy patients rectal or esophageal cancer.
