摘要: A tyre (1) having : two beads (3); a toroidal body ply (2) wound about the (3) to form turn-ups ( 4 ); and bead fillers (8), each contacting at least partly enclosed inside turn-up (4) of (2); filler (8) first elastomer ring (9), which is initially placed, flat, between (3), turned up when forming corresponding (2), bring opposite ends (10, 11) (9) into close proximity, ultimately cured, after being connect while same time eliminating air trapped (2).
