摘要: Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a devastative neurodegenerative disorder with complex etiology. Neuroinflammation has been found to be an underlying cause of the disease, although it demonstrates significant defensive role and renders brain immunologically secured. This review focuses on physiology pathology this crucial biological process diverse factors involved in acting concerted manner play pivotal either or disease. We used Pubmed, Pubmed Central, Medline databases for period 3 months. It also summarizes recent advances neuroinflammation both vitro vivo. eventually warrants further studies animal models AD unravel complete pathophysiology accentuates burgeoning need protect astrocytes which can become substantial therapeutic avenue.
