摘要: To determine factors which influence postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP) we retrospectively reviewed changes in during the first week 633 consecutive eyes undergoing extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) with implantation of a posterior chamber lens. The material was restricted to four surgeons and two types lenses. IOP measured preoperatively, one day after surgery. Glaucomatous (n = 113) as well exfoliative non-glaucomatous 79) had higher mean (27.8 26.1 mmHg) compared 'simple' (20.1 mmHg). After glaucomatous still remained elevated while regained preoperative values. Mean on (18.8, 24.5, 23.1 13.2 mmHg respectively) also dependent surgeon. some extent could be correlated tightness suturing estimated by keratometry. Only surgeon significant difference between irrigated non-irrigated visco-elastic substance. Postoperative not only status patient's eye, but for individual seemed important.
