摘要: In this paper we address the problem of finding valid solutions for inferring gene regulatory networks. Different approaches to directly infer dependencies networks by identifying parameters mathematical models can be found in literature. The reconstructing systems from experimental data is often multimodal and thus appropriate optimization strategies become necessary. Thus, propose use a clustering based niching evolutionary algorithm maintain diversity population prevent premature convergence raise probability global optimum multiple alternative With set alternatives, identification true solution has then addressed second post-processing step
