摘要: Abstract The induction of effector genes that encode enzymes is often controlled by the protein product a regulator gene directly involved in control its own expression. This coupling elementary circuits can lead to three patterns and As expression increases, increase, remain same, or decrease, these are referred as coupled, uncoupled, inversely coupled patterns. To determine relative merits each pattern, we have constructed appropriate mathematical models for alternative made well-controlled comparisons usinga prioricriteria evaluate their functional effectiveness. We considered both negatively positively systems induced an intermediate regulated pathway. Different results obtained two cases. Our indicate direct better than inverse uncoupling systems, while other systems. These optimal forms promote fast response inducer. also realization influenced subunit structure proteins requires low capacity induction, i.e. ratio maximal minimal level small. testable predictions, which compared with experimental data from over 30
