摘要: This study was undertaken to determine the optimal concentration of serum necessary for maximal embryo development. Mouse embryos were cultured in vitro with 0% 30% concentrations 96hours. After 72 and 96hours culture, growth improved 5%, 10%, 20%, supplement when compared Ham's F-10 medium alone. Embryos then same 29hours, following which blastomere number, sister chromatid exchange (SCE), number micronuclei, chromosomal aberrations observed. There no difference any studied. All decreased SCE The rate or also smaller than that 5% serum. results these studies indicate should be employed culturing embryos, at least 10% is obtain conditions
