摘要: The effects of three different protein sources at concentrations on the growth and development preimplantation mouse embryos day 12 limb-buds in culture were studied. Mouse forelimb-buds cultured with a range (5.5 to 42%) either donor bovine serum (DBS) or fetal (FBS), (0.2 0.8%) albumin (BSA). After 48 h culture, rate embryo was significantly higher 5.5% DBS than all other groups (P < 0.05). hatching 21% FBS, 42% serum-free medium, BSA Morphologic analysis 72 revealed that total, paw, cartilage area greater 0.05) medium groups.
