摘要: The application of biotechnology in aquaculture has enabled the development and improvement a wide range immunodiagnostic molecular technologies, reagents commercial kits have become more generally available. Recently, method increased exponentially as techniques used for clinical veterinary medicine are adapted optimized use aquaculture. Careful consideration needs to be given selecting which rapid diagnostic methods take forward apply – pathogen detection need robust yet sensitive, many cases, capable detecting high degree heterogeneity. There numerous innovative that may fulfil these criteria provide valuable tools. It is also important, however, useful already developed standardized fully validated, new technologies do not supercede just because they novel methods. cost, speed, specificity sensitivity assays all extremely important end-users. This paper looks at some opportunities challenges diagnostics
