摘要: Five monoclonal antibodies (MAbs: F2B1, 1E4, 13B10, 4D4 and F3G12) were produced against lysed Photobacterium damselae ssp. piscicida (Ph. d. piscicida). The MAbs recognized three antigens of differing molecular weight on the Western blot Ph. piscicida. They also cross-reacted with five different species Vibrio. An enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) MAbs, F3G12 demonstrated differences between type strains, indicating in surface antigenicity these two groups bacteria. Antigen retrieval conjunction immunohistochemistry (IHC) using MAb revealed colonies bacteria kidney, spleen liver sea bass, Dicentrarchus labrax, infected pasteurellosis. A number positive observed around mucosal layers intestinal tissue, especially within lamina propria. In addition, a bacterial associated red blood cells vessels organs examined.
