摘要: Resume La recherche pose l’hypothese que l’actionnariat salarie est un levier indispensable pour creer la valeur ajoutee et productivite. Dans contexte d’absence de marche financier efficient, sur base d’un echantillon 64 grandes entreprises dont 32 appliquent politique d’actionnariat salarie, l’etude note le pourcentage moyen 2,9%. Les resultats mettent en evidence l’impact positif significatif ajoutee, mais negatif
