摘要: Abstract The synthesis, characterization and application of a novel tri-layer self-enhanced Ru(II) complex-based electrochemiluminescence (ECL) nanoparticles for an ultrasensitive signal-on thrombin aptasensor construction was demonstrated in this work. Specifically, the nanoparticle composed Ru(II)-doped SnS 2 (Ru(II)-SnS NPs) as inter-layer, polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers inter-layer Au outer-layer (it can be abbreviated Au-PAMAM-Ru(II)-SnS NPs). With employment NPs signal-amplifying tags, new signal amplification strategy proposed based on dual enhancement PAMAM toward ECL emission complex sandwiched aptasensing fabrication by using model system. As expected, prepared showed dynamic range from 5.0 × 10 −15 M to 1.0 × 10 −9 with detection limit down femtomolar level. Furthermore, simple sensitive, avoiding adding any coreactant into working solution compared traditional ECL-based assay.
