摘要: The effect of heteroepitaxy-induced constraint on the structure and piezoelectric properties relaxor ferroelectric lead magnesium niobate–lead titanate (PMN–PT) were investigated. Relaxor PMN–PT epitaxial thin films with oxide electrodes grown by pulsed-laser deposition (100) LaAlO3 substrates. We observe a systematic decrease in phase transition temperature (temperature at which maximum dielectric response occurs), from around 250 to 60 °C as thickness is increased 100 400 nm. This accompanied an increase relative constant (er), measured room 10 kHz, 300 2000. coefficient d33 using scanned probe microscope, almost order magnitude increasing film thickness.
