摘要: Changes in the electrostrictive coefficients Qij, especially volumetric coefficient, with temperature and bias field provides important information regarding nature of polarization lead magnesium niobate based relaxor ferroelectrics. We show that response at temperatures near dielectric constant maximum is mainly through polar-vector reorientation nanopolar regions, as suggested by polar glass model. As lowered freezing transition, governed phase switching intrinsic contributions rather than domain wall motions found normal
