摘要: The key decision in the treatment of thermal injuries is determination depth burn wound and resultant on options. trend deep dermal full thickness burns toward very early excision grafting to reduce risk infection, decrease scar formation, shorten hospital stay, thereby reducing costs. Traditionally, this has involved serial clinical examinations, which involves primarily subjective judgment. Various objective examination techniques, supplementing diagnosis, have been suggested, but none yet achieved widespread acceptance. It frequently postulated that blood flow injured tissue indicates extent damage. In study, scientific impact indocyanine green (ICG) video angiography was tested 20 patients. A wide range injury etiology included analyzed. all cases considered, possible. measurements observations correlated well with actual depth, assessed clinically (pre- intraoperative assessment) histologically (biopsies). conclusion, ICG seems be a practical method describe vascular patency wound. results indicate fluorescence practical, accurate, effective adjunct methods for estimating assist rational assessment Furthermore, it allows an objective, qualitative quantitative observation dynamic changes are observed during acute post-burn period, indicating optimal timing first operation.
