摘要: Abstract The static hydrothermal synthesis of SUZ-4 zeolite with the assistance crystalline seed and using tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAOH) as structure-directing agent (SDA) was studied systematically. key parameters, such reactant molar ratios, amount, crystallization time were changed to optimize conditions. products characterized by XRD, SEM, N 2 adsorption ICP elemental analysis. results show that seed-aided TEAOH-templated approach leads formation in a broad SiO /Al O 3 range 21–33. for creating highly crystallized phase increases raise ratios. Under optimal conditions, i.e. , = 21, KOH/SiO = 0.38, TEAOH/SiO = 0.12, H O/SiO = 23.8, amount = 0.1 wt.%, at 160 °C, is obtained within very short 1 d. morphology altered TEAOH content from separated needle-like thin crystals thick rod-like assemblies.
