摘要: Recently, a flurry of rare and common gene variants strongly linked to coronary artery disease myocardial infarction have surfaced. Importantly, these identified numerous novel biologic pathways susceptibility. Moreover, important pharmacogenetic predictors treatment response toxicity now emerged. This chapter will serve highlight the most transformative findings, while focusing on data with highest clinical relevance.
