摘要: Abstract Three cases of pulmonic stenosis associated with atrial septal defects in older patients are reported. One 59 year old man presented the additional rare finding a severely calcified valve. He is probably oldest patient reported to have calcific diagnosed fluoroscopically, cineangiographically and surgically. The forms included patent foramen ovale functioning right left shunt 44 woman severe who died five months after open heart surgery complications from recurrent tracheal stricture. A second form an defect sinus venosus type, partial anomalous pulmonary venous return, moderate stenosis. third type interatrial communication described 69 stenosis, systemic hypertension defect, secundum type. Factors responsible for survival age group, valve calcification, discussed.
