摘要: Calcification of the pulmonic valve is an uncommon lesion that usually associated with other congenital cardiac defects. Prior attempts at valvotomy or partial excision puolmonic have carried a high mortality rate. Pulmonary replacement itself equally surgical procedure and, in past, has been performed only during reconstruction right ventricular outflow tract, when had to be utilized as aortic prosthesis, and one patient whom pulmonary regurgitation following was not well tolerated. A case calcific stenosis association atrial septal defect total anomalous venous drainage reported. The treated successfully by Hancock stented porcine xenograft prosthesis correction lesions.
