摘要: Objectives The aim was to examine the impact of antiretroviral therapy on prevalence oral candidiasis, recovery Candida spp. , and salivary levels total secretory immunoglobulin A (SIgA) -specific SIgA in human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)–infected children. Study design Sixty-six HIV+ 40 HIV− children were cross-sectionally examined for presence lesions. Whole stimulated saliva samples collected identification using culture measurement specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results had a higher candidiasis ( P Conclusions use associated with decreases candidiasis. This diminished exposure accompanied by SIgA.
