Production and properties of electrolytic Ni-P-TiO2 composite layers

摘要: Ni–P–TiO2 active cathodes were prepared by simultaneous electrodeposition of Ni and TiO2 on a Cu substrate from solution in which particles suspended stirring. Electrodeposition was carried out under galvanostatic conditions at current density 240mAcm−2 for 0.5h. For comparison, Ni–P layers also obtained the same conditions. Following heat treatment air two further types electrode material obtained. X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, probe microanalyser, Auger spectroscope atomic absorption used physical chemical characterization layers. It ascertained that introduction to amorphous leads an increase rate hydrogen evolution comparison with conventional irrespective environment. Heat does not exert appreciable influence induces slight inhibition acid
