摘要: Social cognitive neuroscience is beginning to unravel a neuroanatomy of social cognition, networks brain regions especially involved in cognition and functioning. It widely acknowledged that functioning are impaired attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Although an impressive amount neuroscientific research has been conducted ADHD, little effort made link those deficits the well-known abnormalities detected structural functional neuroimaging studies. We review seven magnetic resonance studies at our laboratory ADHD samples during last 5 years order scrutinize whether putative neuroanatomic underpinning affected ADHD. The orbitofrontal cortex (OFC), caudate nucleus, ventral striatum, cerebellum among displayed or morphometric samples. OFC clearly several features dysfunction may be related function impairment In contrast OFC, role elusive. However, on one hand, there converging evidence from human animal neuropsychology, neuroscience, psychiatry support such areas mainly through its involvement emotional processing. On other these could account for impoverished deficient skills children.
