摘要: Most hepatic cysts are asymptomatic, but complications occasionally occur. We describe a patient with biliary obstruction due to huge simple cyst treated laparoscopic resection. A 60-year-old Japanese woman was admitted our hospital because of nontender mass in the right upper quadrant abdomen. Laboratory tests revealed following: serum total bilirubin, 0.6 mg/dL; aspartate aminotransferase, 100 IU/L; alanine 78 alkaline phosphatase, 521 and gamma glutamic transpeptidase, 298 IU/L. Abdominal computed tomography, ultrasonography, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography cyst, 13 cm diameter, at hilum, accompanied by dilatation intrahepatic bile duct common duct. diagnosed surgery performed. seen hilum.
