摘要: Most hepatic cysts are asymptomatic, but complications occasionally occur. We describe a patient with biliary obstruction due to huge simple cyst treated laparoscopic resection. A 60-year-old Japanese woman was admitted our hospital because of nontender mass in the right upper quadrant abdomen. Laboratory tests revealed following: serum total bilirubin, 0.6 mg/dL; aspartate aminotransferase, 100 IU/L; alanine 78 alkaline phosphatase, 521 and gamma glutamic transpeptidase, 298 IU/L. Abdominal computed tomography, ultrasonography, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography cyst, 13 cm diameter, at hilum, accompanied by dilatation intrahepatic bile duct common duct. diagnosed surgery performed. seen hilum. After needle puncture anterior wall unroofed, cholecystectomy done. Intraoperative cholangiography through cystic stenosis Subsequent decapsulation performed front this procedure, that had resolved. Histopathological examination surgical specimen confirmed benign. The postoperative course uneventful, results liver function normalized. discharged 7 days after operation.
