摘要: Abnormal structure and function in the striatum prefrontal cortex (PFC) have been revealed Internet addiction disorder (IAD). However, little is known about alterations of corticostriatal functional circuits IAD. The aim this study was to investigate integrity their relations neuropsychological measures IAD by resting-state connectivity (FC). Fourteen adolescents 15 healthy controls underwent fMRI scans. Using six predefined bilateral striatal regions-of-interest, voxel-wise correlation maps were computed compared between groups. Relationships clinical measurements examined group. Compared controls, subjects exhibited reduced inferior ventral caudate head, subgenual anterior cingulate (ACC), posterior cortex, superior dorsal/rostral ACC, thalamus, putamen/pallidum/insula/inferior frontal gyrus (IFG), dorsal IFG, left rostral putamen right IFG. also showed increased caudal cigulate motor area. Moreover, altered cotricostriatal significantly correlated with measures. This directly provides evidence that associated involved affective motivation processing, cognitive control. These findings emphasize connections are modulated affective/motivational/cognitive states further suggest may abnormalities such modulation network.
