摘要: The aim of this paper was to compare the value bone scintigraphy and radiography in early diagnosis post-fracture reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD). Thirty-seven adult patients with RSD (28 first nine second clinical stage RSD), as well seven fracture but without (control group), were investigated by scintigraphy. All them immobilized (duration immobilization: 4–22 weeks). In 21 persons three phase performed. best distinction between control group achieved delayed scintigrams. sensitivity (97%), positive predictive (97%) accuracy (95%) very high compared values for radiography, which 73%, 90% 70% respectively. Bone also displayed higher specificity (86%) negative than (57% 29% respectively). difference (63%) greater whole group. (81%) similar. Three-phase is not necessary RSD: it sufficient perform It concluded that be preferred stage. diagnostic capabilities are more comparable.
