摘要: Three-phase Tc-99m MDP scans of 61 patients with asymptomatic upper extremities randomly mixed 17 studies previously diagnosed reflex sympathetic dystrophy were blindly interpreted by three observers. Asymmetry in any the phases was recorded and a final diagnostic impression made. Thirteen reflux rated abnormal at least two Mild to striking asymmetry occasionally seen all extremities. Twenty (33%) one observer, 5 (8%) Asymmetries normal occurred more commonly earlier phases, while delayed images mild but one. Tightening criteria exclude resulted unacceptably low sensitivity for (29%). Interobserver variability most prominent flow immediate images. In diagnosis greater reliance should be placed on images, which themselves have an overall 94%. It is important, however, recognize that occasional rare moderate asymmetries even individuals result lower specificity 77%.
