摘要: The calcium dependency of glucagon release by the perfused rat pancreas was investigated in presence different nutrients: glucose, arginine, and a mixture "fumarate + glutamate pyruvate" (FGP, 5 mM each salt). At 3.3 glucose concentration, FGP-induced inhibited removal or addition verapamil. higher concentration (16.6 mM), glucagonotropic action FGP again verapamil, but extracellular enhanced transiently release. Comparable results were obtained when arginine (10 mM) instead used to stimulate alpha cell. These findings suggest that effect depends on availability inward transport calcium, whereas per se may be required for sensed cell as an inhibitor secretion. Thus, nutritional environment offered condition expression mechanisms involved control calcium.
