摘要: The role of calcium ions in the process by which nutrients affect glucagon secretion pancreatic islet α-cells remains matter an apparently endless debate. In prolongation recent articles dealing with this matter, present review draws attention to dual Ca2+ as revealed prior publications. such a perspective, emphasis is placed on increase output response omission extracellular recorded presence D-glucose or 2-ketoisocaproate, permissive positive secretory arginine mixture fumarate, glutamate and pyruvate, effects organic calcium-antagonist output. Considering currently ascribed activation motile events involved stimulus-secretion coupling, also given cytochalasin B, D2O mitotic-spindle inhibitors upon exposed absence arginine.
