摘要: A highly sensitive force sensor is fabricated with two identical fiber Bragg gratings (FBGs). When the reflected C-band light from one FBG axial tensile enters another FBG, close peaks will appear in transmission spectrum of latter. The power difference can be modulated by force. In theory, process producing simulated, relationship between and wavelength reflection-peak analyzed, effect reflectivity on accuracy measurement studied. experiments, changes 5.05 dB reflection peak shifting only 32 pm. sensitivity (1.16 ± 0.06) × 103 N−1 achieved a measuring range 0 to 4.40 10−3 N.
