摘要: The objective of this study was to answer important questions about gingival responses single-tooth implants: (1) Are papilla regeneration and sulcular recession expected results? (2) Do soft tissue profiles retain their form over an extended period? (3) single-implant replacements require special restorative handling achieve predictable form? A retrospective, photographic examination used follow 55 restorations in 51 patients for a period from 1 9 years (mean 3.5 years). Papillae regenerated 83.9% implants mean growth 0.65 mm mesially 0.62 distally. apex receded 59% 0.06 mm. Complete fill noted 75% examined. Short- long-term measurements revealed that regrowth continued slightly abated. Papilla around single outcome population; not finding. levels demonstrated tendency toward increasing height, remained fairly constant the long term. Predictable were achieved with simplified implant prosthetic protocol, progressing directly healing abutments definitive crowns most cases.
