摘要: OBJECTIVES: the aim of present study was to evaluate dimensional changes peri-implant tissues obtained by implant placement, bone and soft tissue augmentation, prosthetic reconstruction 1 year function using a new, non-invasive method for volumetric measurements. MATERIALS AND METHODS: in 16 patients, missing central or lateral maxillary incisor reconstructed with an implant-supported single crown. Impressions were taken before (t1), after placement guided regeneration DBBM PTFE membrane (t2), augmentation (t3), immediately crown (t4) later (t5). The cast models optically scanned digitally superimposed allowing qualitative quantitative analysis alterations labial contour. In addition, length papilla height measured at (t5). RESULTS: fifteen patients available recall year. During therapy, mean gain distance direction 1.27 ± 0.67 mm observed surgical procedures. One insertion, loss 0.04 0.31 recorded. same period, increased 0.22 0.57 0.07 0.61 mm. degree pattern change following insertion highly variable between individuals, irrespective amount quality previously augmented tissues. CONCLUSIONS: clinical procedures effective augmenting volume that remained stable high within insertion. Large inter-individual variations regarding
