摘要: SUMMARY Newcastle disease (ND) is a highly contagious viral and has been constant threat to the poultry industry worldwide. In this study, partial sequences of ND virus (NDV) fusion genome collected from some provinces in Iran during 2010–2012 vaccinated commercial farms were characterized compared with other NDV sequences. All viruses showed amino acid sequence 112 RRQKRF117 at C-terminus F2 protein phenylalanine N-terminus F1 protein, residue 117. These identical known virulent motif. The phylogenetic analysis that Iranian isolates study are closely related genotype VIId class II strains. emergence identification new sublineages provide an insight into high rate genetic drift occurring strains Iran, raise many concerns about efficacy current control measures country.
