摘要: Peri-implantitis is difficult to treat in clinical settings; this not only because it a site-specific infectious disease but also impedes osseointegration. In study, novel cold atmospheric pressure air plasma jet (CAPAJ) was applied study the treatment of peri-implantitis vitro. CAPAJ treated samples for 2, 4 and 6 min, respectively. To evaluate titanium surface characteristics, elemental composition (X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy [XPS]), roughness hydrophilicity were evaluated each group. Concurrently, sterilization osseointegration effect examined. Results revealed that after modification, surfaces significantly increased. Moreover, XPS results demonstrated C1s peak reduced N1s O1s peaks obviously improved. More importantly, showed favorable bone formation effects. seemed simpler more efficient strategy treatment.
