摘要: A portable fluorescence imaging system has been developed for use in NASA Langley s hypersonic wind tunnels. The applied to a small-scale free jet flow. Two-dimensional images were taken of the flow out nozzle into low-pressure test section using planar laser-induced system. Images from center at various pressures, showing formation barrel shock low transitioning turbulent high pressures. spanwise scan through constant pressure reveals three-dimensional structure Future capabilities making measurements large-scale tunnel facilities are discussed.
