摘要: This thesis examines collaborative work practices within a large international oil and gas company (OGC). The is founded on the introduction of new standardised integrated collaboration infrastructure based Microsoft SharePoint technology, which was intended to improve knowledge sharing across both disciplinary geographical boundaries with external partners. Using longitudinal case study, investigates how this solution has been received in different organisational contexts.The inspired by social studies information systems (IS) seeks explain role an enterprise context actors stakeholders that have interests, experiences expectations. focus investigate become integral part users’ daily work.Previous research shown does not adequately account for local, established thus results are used optimally.
