摘要: Background Cancer susceptibility candidate 2 (CASC2) is characterized as a tumor suppressor, which was first identified to be downregulated in endometrial carcinoma. Accumulating evidence provided testify the function of CASC2 malignant tumors. However, systematic and quantitative assessment not available. The present study designed evaluate role multiple carcinomas through meta-analysis bioinformatics. Materials methods A relationship with tumors performed by using several computerized databases from inception December 1, 2017. Pooled HR 95% CI calculated summarize effect. data on prognosis were also downloaded Genome Atlas (TCGA) project, OncoLnc, TANRIC lncRNAtor database. Results total 13 studies 966 cancer patients pooled analysis prognostic value clinical features. results revealed that low expression levels associated poor overall survival (OS) (pooled HR=0.39, CI: 0.28-0.53, P 0.05). In Kaplan-Meier curves log-rank analysis, higher positively correlated longer time than lower level (P<0.05), including kidney renal clear cell carcinoma, brain grade glioma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma sarcoma. Conclusion Findings this suggest poorer cancers, well advanced TNM, LNM T stage. Data bioinformatics related OS
