摘要: Calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker was prepared successfully by hydrothermal method with phosphogypsum; the morphology and synthesis rate of calcium were very sensitive to reaction temperature, time, additives. Therefore, L25(56) orthogonal experiments carried out obtain optimal conditions. Composition, morphology, structure characterized SEM, XRD, FT-IR. The results showed that conditions ball-milling time 1.5 h, temperature 160 °C, 2 solid–liquid mass ratio 1:20, V (glycerol)/V (solution) = 10 %, drying 140 °C. 95 %; its aspect up 45.
